TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOSANSH SOLUTIONS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
